1. Secure Shopping
You can shop at OC Powersports with confidence. We have partnered with PayPal, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers.
The PayPal Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks. See an online payments diagram to see how it works.
The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:
- 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
- Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
- Compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
OC Powersports is registered with the PayPal Verified Merchant Seal program.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
OC Powersports offers a flexible 30 day return and exchange policy.
Return items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us via email (email@example.com) to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items.
We will contact you via email within 24 hours with an RMA number an return instructions.
Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns will not be accepted on product which are:
- Used or/and have been installed
- Missing their serial number or UPC
- Returned more then 30 days after delivery
- Returned without notification
3. Shipping Policy
- Domestic orders will be shipped via FED EX Ground and USPS Mail. All orders will have tracking numbers.
- Orders up to $99.00 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $8.99. Shipping for orders over $99 will be FREE to all 50 states.
- Orders over $150 may require a signature confirmation as required by credit card companies.
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (customers outside the USA):
- International shipping charges are estimated. Some items may (such as exhaust systems, etc.) exceed the estimated shipping charges in the shopping cart.

4. Order Cancellation & Modification
Orders can only be modified or canceled before the order is shipped. If the order has been shipped please refer to our Return Policy for information on how to return an order.
